Job summary

Treebo Hospitality Ventures is seeking a Content Operations professional in Bengaluru to manage and update content on online channels, coordinating with internal and external stakeholders for seamless B2B OTA integration. The role also involves maintaining promotions and rate parity across OTAs and producing MIS reports.

You will track daily progress, ensure timely invoices, and take end-to-end ownership of tasks from assignment to closure, with ad hoc responsibilities as needed.

Responsibilities

• Updating content on online channels. Maintaining and managing extranet portals for B2B OTAs and ensuring smooth functioning of the platform
• Coordinating with internal and external stakeholders and delivering end to end integration with the B2B OTA
• Maintaining promotions, rate parity on different OTAs, improving processes etc.
• Regular Reporting of MIS, Invoices etc. Ensuring there are no outstanding payables from either of the parties
• Regular updation of daily trackers and progress updates to the team lead. Taking end to end accountability of the tasks assigned until complete closure
• Other ad hoc responsibilities as assigned depending on the business requirement
