Job summary

Kauvery Hospital in Chennai is seeking a Consultant – Clinical Hematology with 3–5 years of hands‑on experience to support hematology services across inpatient and outpatient settings.

The role involves diagnosing and managing hematologic disorders, bone marrow suppression, treatment planning, and participation in multidisciplinary discussions. You will train staff and contribute to clinical research and educational materials.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of clinical experience in hematology, preferably within a hospital setting.
• DM in Clinical Hematology or equivalent qualification.

Responsibilities

• Provide expert clinical guidance on the diagnosis and management of hematologic disorders, including bone‑marrow suppression.
• Conduct treatment planning and follow-up for both in‑patient and out‑patient cases in hospital environments.
• Train and mentor hospital staff on product usage, safety protocols, and best‑practice therapeutic regimens.
• Participate in multidisciplinary case discussions and contribute to clinical research initiatives.
• Generate scientific and educational materials for clinicians and patients.
• Liaise with internal teams to relay field insights that drive product improvements.
