Associate Consultant - BMT and Haematology

The Associate Consultant - BMT and Haematology will support hematology and bone marrow transplant care, patient evaluation, treatment planning, infection monitoring, documentation, and multidisciplinary coordination at Max Healthcare, New Delhi. This requires DM Hematology or DNB Hematology with 0–2 years of experience.

• Evaluate hematology and BMT patients in OPD, IPD, and transplant units.
• Assist consultants in chemotherapy, transplant planning, and supportive care.
• Monitor blood counts, infection risk, transfusion needs, and treatment response.
• Coordinate with oncology, blood bank, lab, ICU, nursing, and pharmacy teams.
• Maintain clinical records, consent forms, treatment notes, and discharge summaries.
• Support BMT protocol compliance, isolation precautions, and patient safety.
• Counsel patients and families under consultant guidance.
• Follow infection control, transfusion safety, and hematology care protocols.
