Job summary

Kauvery Hospital in Chennai invites a motivated Consultant–Clinical Hematology with 3–5 years hands-on experience to support our hematology portfolio across inpatient and outpatient settings.

You will diagnose and manage hematologic disorders, mentor staff, participate in multidisciplinary case discussions, and contribute to clinical research initiatives as part of a collaborative hospital team at Alwarpet.

Qualifications

• Experience in hematology clinical care, inpatient and outpatient management.
• Skilled in coordinating multidisciplinary team workflows.

Responsibilities

• Provide expert clinical guidance on diagnosis and management of hematologic disorders.
• Conduct treatment planning and follow-up for in-patient and out-patient cases.
• Train and mentor hospital staff on product usage, safety protocols, and best-practice regimens.
• Participate in multidisciplinary case discussions and clinical research initiatives.
• Generate educational materials for clinicians and patients.
• Liaise with internal teams to relay field insights for product improvements.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide expert clinical guidance on the diagnosis and management of hematologic disorders, including bone‑marrow suppression.
• Conduct treatment planning and follow‑up for both in‑patient and out‑patient cases in hospital environments.
• Train and mentor hospital staff on product usage, safety protocols, and best‑practice therapeutic regimens.
• Participate in multidisciplinary case discussions and contribute to clinical research initiatives.
• Generate scientific and educational materials for clinicians and patients.
• Liaise with internal teams to relay field insights that drive product improvements.

Required Experience & Skills

• DM Clinical Hematology
• 3–5years of clinical experience in hematology, preferably within a hospital setting.
