HLFPPT is seeking a field-focused public health professional to engage providers, oversee sample collection and transport to NAAT labs, and train SCT/NTEP staff on sputum collection and NIKSHAY processes. The role requires 3-5 years in public health and exposure to healthcare settings.

Ensure Potential providers are engaged and engaged with project
Ensure samples are collected and transported to nearby NAAT LAb
Provide training to SCT and NTEP staffs on Quality of sputum collection and Transportation & NIKSHAY.
Ensure sample collection personnel’s are visiting NAAT or designated facilities regularly
Support NAAT labs for having pooled specimen collection services.
Support SCT person in establishing transportation networks which could result in reducing Turn-around-time.
Ensure record keeping both in the field and at NAAT levels are maintained properly
Mapping of consumables are done and informed to NTEP. Support in forecasting of consumables.
Ensure all the sample being collected and transported using QR ode and registered in NIKSHAY on a real time basis
Coordinate with STS and STLS for updating of records
Monitor submission of SCT and Lab indicators fortnightly and prepare reports
Other task which may assigned by the reporting manager
Essential: Graduation in Microbiology/Social Science or equivalent professional qualification in social development sector with 3-5 years of experience in public health or relevant sector
Desirable: Experience of working in TB
Good Interpersonal & Communication skills
Ability to maintain confidentiality
Working exposure in the healthcare sector will be an added advantage
