Responsibilities

• Plans out active case finding and related activities for all the proposed geographies.
• Actively involved in the implementation of ACF activities in the proposed geographies.
• Collates and analyses all the active case finding data and presents the same to technical experts, NTEP and relevant stakeholders.
• Trains the field team working for ACF activities.
• Liaise with the district authorities, partners, and relevant stakeholders.
• Carry out the capacity assessment of Private Hospitals/ health care facilities in the specified geographies.
• Coordinate meetings with technical expert committee, support in documentation, follow-up on action points.
• Any other task assigned by the reporting manager as & when required.
• Travels to undertake field visits to monitor and provide supportive supervision for the implementation of ACF activities and provides feedback at appropriate levels.

The above-mentioned position requires outstanding communication, analytical skills, documentations skills, interpersonal, and computer skills, as well as the willingness to travel. Preference will be given to candidates with work experience in the relevant field and local candidates who possess the necessary experience and skill sets.

Qualifications

• Ideal candidate will have an advanced university degree (Master’s or higher) in Public Health, Healthcare Management or other relevant disciplines.
• At least 4-5 years of experience in public health, including 1-2 years of relevant experience at national, or state levels in TB planning, programming, devising implementation strategies, monitoring and evaluation of health care program.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and analytical skills, along with strong interpersonal skills, to effectively build and manage professional relationships with technical experts and other partners.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality
• Advanced knowledge of MS Office applications to an extent data analysis.
• Ability to work independently and under pressure, manage multiple tasks concurrently, willing to travel and meet deadlines with attention to detail and quality.
• Will be able to travel on short notice to carry out the project activities.
