Job summary

Syntax, a leading Managed Cloud Provider for enterprise applications, is seeking an SAP CPI Technical Consultant in a remote/India setup. You will design, develop, and maintain CPI integration flows, analyze requirements, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement integrations using SAP Integration Suite, C4C, MDI, and IAS for SSO.

Ideal candidates have 6+ years of SAP CPI experience, familiarity with S/4HANA cloud integrations, and a track record of delivering robust iFlows across

Qualifications

• 6+ years of SAP CPI integration experience.
• Experience designing and developing integration flows using SAP CPI / SAP Integration Suite.
• Familiarity with SAP IAS for SSO and identity provisioning.
• Knowledge of SAP C4C CRM integration patterns and MDI for master data.

Job Description

• Design, develop, and maintain integration flows using SAP CPI / SAP Integration Suite.
• Analyze business and technical requirements to define system integration solutions.
• Build and deploy integration content (iFlows) using pre-packaged and custom content.
• Monitor, troubleshoot, and optimize existing CPI interfaces.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including SAP functional consultants, business analysts, and external partners.
• SAP C4C (Cloud for Customer) CRM flow understanding and integration patterns.
• Experience working with SAP Master Data Integration (MDI) for managing shared master data across systems.
• Familiarity with SAP Identity Authentication Service (IAS) for SSO and identity provisioning.
• Understanding of SAP Cloud ALM for integration monitoring, alerting, and lifecycle management.
• Work on integration scenarios involving SAP S/4HANA on cloud, Replicon, Concur and other cloud systems
