Job summary

Syntax is a leading Managed Cloud Provider for ERP deployments and cloud solutions. We seek SAP Senior Consultant with 8–10+ years of SAP FICO/PS/Costing experience to lead configuration and integration across FI/CO/PS, MM, and related modules.

You will design project cost structures, manage end-to-end processes, and collaborate with global teams on Go‑Live activities, training, and documentation. This role offers hybrid work options and exposure to industry-leading cloud solutions.

Qualifications

• 8–10+ years of SAP functional consulting experience.
• Deep understanding of Finance and Controlling (FICO), Project Systems, and Product Costing integration.
• Hands-on experience in SAP S/4HANA Finance (2020 or above).
• Strong knowledge of end-to-end process flows – from budgeting to settlement and reporting.

Responsibilities

• Lead configuration and support for SAP FICO + PS + Costing stream in implementation and AMS engagements.
• Design integrated finance and project cost structures aligned to client business needs, covering investment projects, internal orders, and cost centers.
• Configure FI modules (GL, AR, AP, Asset Accounting).
• Configure CO modules (Cost Center, Internal Orders, Product Costing, COPA).
• Configure PS modules (Project Definition, WBS, Budgeting, Settlement).
• Integrate PS with FICO and MM for end-to-end cost and revenue tracking.
• Support standard Costing Run / KKS, CKMLCP processes.
• Collaborate with Treasury and Finance Leads on cashflow and financial posting alignment.
• Prepare functional specification documents, unit testing, and training materials following Syntax delivery methodology.
• Participate in Fit-to-Standard workshops, SIT, UAT, and Go-Live support.
• Ensure adherence to quality, timelines, and proactive issue resolution.

Required Skills & Experience

8–10+ years of SAP functional consulting experience. Deep understanding of Finance and Controlling (FICO), Project Systems, and Product Costing integration. Hands‑on experience in SAP S/4HANA Finance (2020 or above). Strong knowledge of end‑to‑end process flows – from budgeting to settlement and reporting. Familiar with Controlling objects, cost flow between FI–CO–PS, and Material Ledger. Exposure to Treasury / Cash Management processes is a plus. Strong documentation, problem‑solving, and communication skills. Ability to lead independent workstreams and coordinate with cross‑functional teams globally.
