Experienced SAP ABAP and ABAP on HANA Consultant with 6–8 years of expertise in development and production support. Strong knowledge in handling P1/P2 incidents, performance optimization on SAP HANA, OData services, CDS Views, AMDP, Reports, Interfaces, Forms(Smart forms, Adobe), Enhancements, Workflows and modern ABAP syntax (7.4/7.5). Skilled in troubleshooting critical production issues, enhancing SAP applications, and supporting integrations across SAP landscapes.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle P1 and P2 priority tickets and ensure timely resolution as per SLA.
• Root cause analysis (RCA) for critical production issues.
• Monitor system performance and proactively identify potential issues.
• Coordinate with functional teams, BASIS, and business users to resolve incidents.

ABAP Development & Troubleshooting

• Debug and resolve issues in existing ABAP programs, reports, interfaces, and enhancements.
• Provide fixes and enhancements for RICEFW objects (Reports, Interfaces, Conversions, Enhancements, Forms, Workflows).
• Perform code corrections and transport management across environments.
• Ensure solutions meet performance and quality standards.

Required Skills

• 6–8 years of experience in SAP ABAP development and support
• Experience in handling P1 and P2 incident tickets
• Hands‑on experience with:
• ALV Reports
• BAPIs, RFCs, IDOCs
• Knowledge of Object‑Oriented ABAP
• Experience with SAP HANA and CDS Views
