Job summary

EXL is seeking an Application Development - Business Analyst to collaborate with data stewards and business stakeholders to analyze Critical Data Elements and map them to the enterprise glossary and data flow documentation. You will support the Data Quality Team in aligning business rules with metadata.

Key work includes building the data and reporting infrastructure from the ground up using Tableau and SQL, creating dashboards and polished presentations, and developing automated alerts.

Qualifications

• Graduate in CS/B.Tech/B.E. with 4–6 years of hands-on data engineering experience.
• Experience in building data infrastructure and reporting with Tableau and SQL.
• Ability to map business terms and data quality rules to metadata and governance artifacts.
