Job summary

GyanSys Inc. in Pune seeks an experienced SAP PP/QM Consultant to lead production planning and quality management implementations, rollouts, and support across SAP environments.

You will configure MRP, BOM, routing, and PP-QM integration, working with business users and technical teams to deliver effective solutions. The ideal candidate has 7–10 years in SAP PP/QM, strong configuration skills, and exposure to SAP S/4HANA.

Qualifications

• 7-10 years of SAP PP/QM experience.
• Strong hands-on experience in SAP PP and QM configuration.
• Good knowledge of Production Planning processes: MRP, BOM, Routing, Work Centers, Production Orders, Capacity Planning.
• Strong understanding of SAP QM processes: Quality Planning, Inspection, Quality Control, Notifications, Certificates.
• Experience integrating PP-QM with MM, SD, and other SAP modules.
• Exposure to SAP S/4HANA preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide functional support and contribute to process improvements.
• Participate in SAP S/4HANA projects and transformation initiatives.
