Job summary

Colliers International Deutschland Holding GmbH seeks a senior Project Manager with 15+ years in steel construction to oversee fabrication and erection of dia-grid steel structures. You will manage safety, scheduling, and quality across workshop, yard, and construction sites.

Ideal candidates have BIM exposure, and proficiency in PERT/CPM techniques for high-rise projects, ensuring timely delivery within complex IT/IES or industrial facilities.

Qualifications

• Post-Graduate/Graduate in Civil / Mechanical Engineering with minimum 15 years of Project Management experience in the construction of IT/IES industrial, commercial or institutional buildings.
• Exposure to BIM, PERT and CPM techniques; at least one project should be high-rise Dia-Grid steel structure.

Responsibilities

• Fabrication of steel members at Workshop / fabrication yard and at construction site.
• Erection of structural steel dia-grid members and all other structural steel members, connections (bolts / welding / etc.).
• Ensure adherence to drawings, safety of the structure, and project timelines.

Job Description

Shall be responsible for fabrication of steel members at Workshop / fabrication yard and at construction site. Erection of structural steel dia. grid members and all other structural steel members, connections (bolts / welding / etc.) and their quality as per drawings and safety of the whole structure and timelines.

Qualifications

Post-Graduate/Graduate in Civil / Mechanical Engineering with minimum 15 years of Project Management experience in the construction of structures of IT & IES / industrial / Commercial / institutional building; and exposure to BIM, PERT and CPM techniques (at least one project shall be high rise Dia-Grid steel structure).
