Job summary

Kolte Patil Developers Ltd. in Pune seeks an experienced Construction Manager to oversee large-scale projects from conception to completion.

You will supervise on-site and off-site construction, coordinate contractors and subcontractors, review schedules and budgets, and ensure compliance with safety and quality standards. The role requires strong leadership, negotiation, and project-management skills, with 12–20 years in construction and hands-on RCC execution experience.

Qualifications

• 12 to 20 years of project experience in construction
• Hands-on RCC execution experience is a must
• Strong knowledge of project planning, scheduling, budgeting, cost control, and resource management
• Experience handling contractors, subcontractors, consultants, and project stakeholders
• Well-versed with construction quality standards, safety regulations, and statutory compliance
• Ability to monitor project progress, resolve site issues, and ensure timely project delivery
• Strong leadership, negotiation, communication, and team management skills

Preferred candidate profile

• The candidate should have experience of having handled at least two complete construction cycles end-to-end.
• Hands-on experience in RCC execution is must have.
• Strong knowledge of project planning, scheduling, budgeting, cost control, and resource management.
• Experience in handling contractors, subcontractors, consultants, and project stakeholders.
• Well-versed with construction quality standards, safety regulations, and statutory compliance.
