Job summary

Skillventory in India seeks a construction professional to support the Construction Manager for AIS/GIS Substation projects, with a focus on delivering on time, within budget, and to quality standards. You will work with vendors and local authorities to align project milestones and regulatory requirements.

You will contribute techno-commercial insights, oversee site activities, and help coordinate surveying, civil works, tower erection and safety protocols to ensure reliable transmission

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience in constructing 400kV and 765kV AIS/GIS substations in India.
• Solid understanding of transmission line construction procedures including surveying, tower spotting, civil works.
• Strong communication to coordinate with statutory authorities and stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Support Construction Manager to handle AIS/GIS Substation Projects.
• Execute projects with selected vendors within time, cost and quality constraints.
• Coordinate with local authorities and stakeholders for applicable statutory clearances.
• Ensure safety, quality standards and techno-commercial alignment on site.

• Supporting Construction Manager to handle AIS / GIS Substation Projects.
• Responsible for Executing the project with selected Substation vendor within time, cost and quality ordered.
• Sound techno commercial knowledge on various construction Management, Contracts, Quality, Safety, aspects necessary.
• Supporting Construction Manager to Coordinate with local authorities and stakeholders for applicable statutory clearances etc.
