Adept Global is seeking an experienced Construction Engineer to oversee civil construction and project execution at real estate sites. You will lead PEB shed construction, manage contractors, monitor timelines and costs, and ensure safety and quality across activities.

Ideally you have 10–15 years of relevant experience, strong AutoCAD proficiency, and a solid grasp of IS codes. The role requires coordination with vendors, consultants, and site teams to ensure successful project delivery.

Qualifikationen

• Mandatory: strong knowledge/experience in PEB shed construction and erection.
• Strong knowledge of civil construction, RCC, and structural works.
• Ability to read and interpret architectural and structural drawings.
• Proficiency in MS Project / Primavera would be an advantage.
• Knowledge of IS codes, quality control, and site safety practices.

Aufgaben

• Plan, execute, and supervise civil construction activities per drawings & schedules.
• Supervise PEB shed construction—foundations, anchor bolts, steel erection, roofing, walls, flooring.
• Coordinate with PEB vendors, consultants, and architects for drawings and queries.
• Prepare and monitor project schedules; provide progress reports.
• Prepare quantity take-offs and BOQs; plan material requirements.
• Monitor project costs against budgets; control wastage and overruns.
• Measure completed work and certify contractor bills; coordinate payments.
• Manage contractors, subcontractors and site labour; supervise junior staff.
• Ensure quality of materials and workmanship (concrete, reinforcement, steel, finishing).
• Ensure IS codes, site safety and labour/building regulations compliance.
• Coordinate with MEP, electrical, plumbing and finishing teams.
• Coordinate with authorities for approvals and inspections.
• Identify risks/delays and propose solutions.
• Maintain site documentation, measurements and as-built drawings.

Role Summary

We are looking for an experienced Construction Engineer to oversee and manage civil construction and project execution activities at real estate project sites.

The candidate will plan, execute, and supervise construction work, with strong hands-on experience in PEB shed construction. The role involves managing contractors, monitoring project timelines and costs, ensuring quality and safety standards, and coordinating with consultants, vendors, and site teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, execute, and supervise civil construction activities as per approved drawings, specifications, and project schedules.
• Supervise PEB shed construction, including foundations, anchor bolt setting, steel erection, roof and wall cladding, and flooring.
• Coordinate with PEB vendors, structural consultants, and architects for drawings and technical/site-related queries.
• Prepare and monitor project schedules and provide regular progress reports.
• Prepare quantity take-offs and BOQs and plan material requirements.
• Monitor project costs against approved budgets and control wastage and cost overruns.
• Measure completed work and verify/certify contractor bills.
• Coordinate with the accounts team for contractor payments.
• Manage contractors, subcontractors and labour at the project site.
• Monitor the quality of construction materials and workmanship, including concrete, reinforcement, structural steel and finishing work.
• Ensure compliance with IS codes, site safety requirements and applicable labour/building regulations.
• Coordinate with MEP, electrical, plumbing and finishing agencies.
• Coordinate with local authorities and consultants for required approvals and inspections.
• Identify construction risks, delays, and technical issues and provide suitable solutions.
• Maintain site documentation, measurement records, and as-built drawings.
• Ensure smooth project handover.
• Supervise junior engineers, site supervisors and foremen.

Required Skills

• Mandatory: Strong knowledge/experience in PEB shed construction and erection.
• Strong knowledge of civil construction, RCC, and structural works.

• Proficiency in AutoCAD.
• Good knowledge of estimation, BOQ preparation, measurements, and contractor billing.

• Strong leadership, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
• B.E./B.Tech or Diploma in Civil Engineering.
