Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain product configurator models aligned with business requirements.

The Opportunity

As a Configurator Specialist, you will be responsible for the development, maintenance, and continuous improvement of product configurators supporting Configure-to-Order (CTO) and Engineer-to-Order (ETO) processes. Your Background

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.


• Minimum 8+ years of experience in product configuration, CPQ systems, or related domains, preferably in transformers or manufacturing industries.


• Strong experience in Configure-to-Order (CTO) and/or Engineer-to-Order (ETO) environments.


• Knowledge of product structures (BOMs), configuration logic, and variant management.


• Hands‑on experience with CPQ platforms (e.g., Conga, Salesforce CPQ) and SAP SD/MM integration.


• Understanding of pricing and costing concepts related to configuration.


• Experience supporting testing cycles (SIT/UAT) and Agile methodologies is preferred.


• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills with attention to detail.


• Effective communication and collaboration skills across cross‑functional teams.


• Proficiency in written and spoken English.
