Job summary

HITACHI ENERGY TECHNOLOGY SERVICES PRIVATE LIMITED in Chennai, India seeks a Configurator Specialist to develop and maintain product configurators for CTO/ETO processes. Qualifications

Responsibilities

The Opportunity

As a Configurator Specialist, you will be responsible for the development, maintenance, and continuous improvement of product configurators supporting Configure-to-Order (CTO) and Engineer-to-Order (ETO) processes. Your Background

Knowledge of product structures (BOMs), configuration logic, and variant management.

Hands-on experience with CPQ platforms (e.g., Conga, Salesforce CPQ) and SAP SD/MM integration.

Understanding of pricing and costing concepts related to configuration.

Experience supporting testing cycles (SIT/UAT) and Agile methodologies is preferred.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.

Effective communication and collaboration skills across cross-functional teams.

Proficiency in written and spoken English.
