Job summary

Techila Global is seeking an experienced FinOps Analyst to lead cloud cost management and optimization initiatives across our multi-client environments in India. You will drive financial accountability, manage RI/Savings Plans, and design executive dashboards to forecast spend and guide strategic decisions.

The role requires deep FinOps expertise, hands-on experience with Apptio Cloudability, Coupa, and advanced Excel, and a collaborative mindset to align engineering, procurement, and finance

Qualifications

• Deep understanding of FinOps framework, cost allocation, cloud budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, and rightsizing strategies.
• Expertise in Apptio Cloudability for cloud spend visibility, reporting, budgeting, allocation, and optimization.
• Proficiency with procurement and approval workflows in Coupa.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills (financial modeling, pivot tables, complex functions, invoice reconciliation).

Responsibilities

• Analyze cloud cost trends, drivers, and utilization to identify optimization opportunities.
• Recommend and execute rightsizing, idle resource cleanup, and waste reduction strategies.
• Manage RI and Savings Plans to optimize cloud spend.
• Set up real-time anomaly detection to prevent budget overruns.
• Maintain and improve cost allocation frameworks with showback/recharge models across departments.
• Lead cloud budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis against targets.
