Job summary

Dhyven Solutions in Coimbatore is seeking a CNC Machine Operator for a full-time, on-site role. You will set up, operate, and monitor CNC machines to produce components per drawings, loading materials and selecting tools.

You will run test programs, inspect parts for quality, adjust settings to optimize performance, and coordinate with supervisors and QA to meet production targets and safety standards.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Set up, operate and monitor CNC machines to produce parts per drawings and specs.

• Troubleshoot basic machine issues and coordinate with supervisors/QA for quality targets.

Role Description

The Computer Numerical Control (CNC) Machine Operator is a full-time, on-site role based in Coimbatore. The person in this role will set up, operate, and monitor CNC machines to produce parts according to technical drawings and specifications. Daily tasks include loading materials, selecting and installing tools, programming or inputting machine settings, and performing test runs to ensure accurate machining. The CNC Machine Operator will inspect finished components for quality, make adjustments to optimize performance, and maintain machinery through routine cleaning and basic troubleshooting. Collaboration with supervisors, engineers, and quality control teams to meet production targets and safety standards is an integral part of this role.

Qualifications

• Candidates should possess strong skills in Machine Operation and Machinery handling, including setup, calibration, and basic maintenance.


• Candidates should possess solid Machining and Milling skills, with experience working on CNC machines to produce precision components.


• Candidates should possess practical Quality Control skills, including the ability to inspect parts, use measurement tools, and follow quality standards.


• Basic understanding of technical drawings, tolerances, and machining processes; vocational training or certification in CNC machining or mechanical engineering is preferred.


• Ability to follow safety procedures, work in a production environment, and collaborate effectively with team members and supervisors.


• Prior experience as a CNC operator or in a similar machining role in manufacturing is an advantage.
