Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in computer science, IT or related field.
• 0–2 years of IT support experience or lab assistance.
• Basic knowledge of networking, troubleshooting and system administration.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical assistance to students and faculty during lab sessions.
• Install, configure, and update software on lab systems.
• Monitor and maintain computer systems, peripherals and network connections.
• Troubleshoot hardware and software issues to minimize downtime.
• Ensure proper usage of lab facilities and adherence to IT policies by students.
• Assist in maintaining inventory of lab equipment and report issues.
• Support faculty in practical sessions, workshops and exams in the lab.

Requirements

Qualification:
