Job summary

Alpha Plus Technologies Pvt. Ltd. is seeking candidates for a Content/Data Processing role. The position involves converting content into HTML/Excel/Word formats, scanning print outputs, and inputting metadata with accuracy.

Freshers or candidates with up to 1 year of experience, and strong written communication skills, are preferred. Basic MS-Office knowledge is required to support document preparation and data handling.

Qualifications

• Graduates with good written and communication skills.
• Freshers or minimum 1 year of experience in Content/Data Processing.
• Basic knowledge of MS-Office, especially MS-Word & MS-Excel.

Responsibilities

• Convert content from available formats into HTML/Excel/Word as required.
• Scan content from print formats for conversion.
• Input prescribed metadata for each content file.
• Create hyperlinks/bookmarks and cross-links in documents.
• Periodically update content like lists, KYRs, FAQs.
• Process content for software in prescribed formats.
• Maintain daily work logs in project trackers.
• Maintain time sheets for routines work.
• Undertake routine backups as per guidelines.

Job Description

• Converting content from any available format into HTML / Excel / Word / any other format(s) as may be required based on the nature of the content.
  
• Scanning content from print format for conversion into HTML / Excel / Word / any other format(s) as may be required.
  
• Inputting prescribed metadata for each content file.
  
• Creating hyperlinks / bookmarks, wherever necessary.
  
• Creating cross-links in referenced documents.
  
• Periodic updating of specified content like List, KYR(s), FAQ(s).
  
• Processing the Content of the software(s) other than KMT as and when required in the prescribed formats of the respective software.
  
• Maintaining daily work log in Task Monitoring Sheet as per the defined guideline.
  
• Maintaining time sheet of task other than routine work in the project trackers.
  
• Undertaking routine back up functions as per the defined guidelines.
