Job summary

Alpha Plus Technologies is seeking a content/data processing professional in Mumbai to convert content into HTML, Excel, and Word, and to input metadata across various formats. Fresh graduates or those with up to 1 year of experience are welcome, with a focus on strong written communication and MS Office skills.

You will scan, cross-link, and update content, maintain logs and time sheets, and perform backups as per guidelines.

Qualifications

• Graduates
• Freshers / Minimum 1 year of experience in Content / Data Processing role
• Basic Knowledge of MS-Office, especially Ms-Word & Ms-Excel
• Must possess good written and communication skills

Responsibilities

• Converting content from any available format into HTML / Excel / Word / any other format(s) as may be required based on the nature of the content.
• Scanning content from print format for conversion into HTML / Excel / Word / any other format(s) as may be required.
• Inputting prescribed metadata for each content file.
• Creating hyperlinks / bookmarks, wherever necessary.
• Creating cross-links in referenced documents.
• Periodic updating of specified content like List, KYR(s), FAQ(s).
• Processing the Content of the software(s) other than KMT as and when required in the prescribed formats of the respective software.
• Maintaining daily work log in Task Monitoring Sheet as per the defined guideline.
• Maintaining time sheet of task other than routine work in the project trackers.
• Undertaking routine back up functions as per the defined guidelines.
