Job summary

TenHeads in Mumbai is seeking a regulatory compliance professional to ensure RBI guidelines are followed. You will conduct compliance testing, generate reports, and identify areas for improvement.

You will develop and implement policies, collaborate with internal teams, monitor metrics, and drive corrective actions when gaps are found.

Qualifications

• Strong understanding of RBI regulatory guidelines and ability to interpret them effectively.
• Experience in Compliance Reporting, Compliance Testing, and implementing corrective actions based on findings.
• Ability to develop and implement effective compliance policies, procedures, and controls.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
