Job summary

Growth For Impact is seeking a Compliance Lead to oversee policies and controls for third‑party distributors, assess channel risk, and ensure due diligence and approvals align with company guidelines.

You will enable compliant customer engagement, deliver risk-based audits, and introduce pragmatic training for employees and partners while leveraging AI tools for insights and process improvements.

Qualifications

• BA/BS degree or global equivalent in Law, Finance, IT, Business, or a related discipline.
• Substantial experience designing, implementing, or managing compliance, regulatory, audit, or risk programs in regulated industries.
• Outstanding written and verbal English communication capable of influencing across cultures and seniority.
• Strong data and analytical capability to translate insights into management action.
• Experience using AI and digital tools to improve research, monitoring, and process execution with appropriate safeguards.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and the wider Microsoft365 suite.

Job description

ROLE

• Lead the effective implementation of policies and controls for third‑party distributors; assess, manage, and monitor channel partner risk; resolve red flags; ensure due diligence and approvals are completed in line with company requirements.
• Enable compliant and effective customer engagement by implementing relevant policies, advising stakeholders on higher‑risk activities, supporting risk‑based approvals, and meeting applicable local transparency reporting obligations.
• Deliver risk‑based auditing and monitoring activities; apply sound judgement and data‑led analysis to selected transactions; identify root causes and emerging trends; recommend proportionate corrective and preventive actions.
• Create and deliver engaging, practical compliance training and communications for employees and third parties, including train‑the‑trainer sessions; assess whether learning translates into changed behaviour.
• Support and continuously improve global Legal and Compliance systems, including user support, training, and system maintenance; use analytics, automation, and approved AI tools to monitor adoption, identify potential non‑compliance, improve workflow efficiency, and generate actionable insights while maintaining appropriate human oversight and protecting confidential information.

REQUIREMENTS

• BA/BS degree or global equivalent in Law, Finance, Information Technology, Business, or a related discipline.
• Substantial experience designing, implementing, or managing compliance, legal, regulatory, audit, or risk programs, preferably in healthcare, life sciences, or another regulated industry.
• Outstanding written and verbal communication skills in English, with the confidence to influence stakeholders across cultures, functions, and levels of seniority.
• Strong data and analytical capability, including building reliable data collection methods, using quantitative and qualitative analysis to assess compliance performance, identifying trends, and translating insights into management action.
• Demonstrated ability to use AI and digital tools as part of daily work to improve quality, speed, and consistency of research, analysis, monitoring, communication, and process execution, while applying appropriate judgement, validation, and data‑protection controls.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and the wider Microsoft365 suite.
