Job summary

Growth For Impact in Mumbai is seeking a Compliance professional to support the India Compliance Lead, review activities for regulatory alignment, and promote an ethical culture. You will partner with Sales, Marketing, HR, Finance, and Supply Chain to embed compliance in processes and drive training and governance.

The role involves monitoring controls, maintaining records, and preparing dashboards for leadership.

• Review and approve HCP, HCC, patient support, and marketing activities for compliance.
• Conduct awareness programs, training, and communication to promote an ethical culture.
• Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to embed compliance in business processes.
• Assist in automating compliance workflows and governance processes.
• Monitor compliance controls and conduct internal reviews to identify risks.
• Maintain compliance records, documentation, and data per company policies.
• Coordinate quarterly India Compliance Committee meetings and governance dashboards.
• Maintain the annual compliance governance calendar and ensure timely activities.
• Track exceptions and recommend corrective actions.
• Drive employee engagement to strengthen compliance awareness across India Commercial.
• Provide day-to-day guidance to business stakeholders within the compliance framework.
• Build relationships across Sales, Marketing, Medical Affairs, HR, Finance, Training, and Supply Chain.
• Support continuous improvement of compliance processes and governance standards.
• Monitor regulatory changes and update policies accordingly.

• Review and approve HCP, HCC, patient support, and marketing activities in accordance with company policies and applicable regulations.
• Conduct compliance awareness programs, employee training, and communication initiatives to promote an ethical culture.
• Partner with cross‑functional stakeholders to ensure compliance requirements are embedded in business processes.
• Assist in automating compliance workflows and governance processes.
• Conduct periodic compliance monitoring and internal reviews to assess effectiveness of internal controls and identify compliance risks.
• Maintain compliance records, documentation, and data in accordance with company policies.
• Coordinate and support quarterly India Compliance Committee meetings, including preparation of governance dashboards and reports.
• Maintain the annual compliance governance calendar and ensure timely execution of planned activities.
• Track compliance exceptions, deviations, observations, and recommend appropriate corrective and preventive actions.
• Drive employee engagement initiatives to strengthen awareness and promote a culture of compliance across India Commercial.
• Provide day‑to‑day compliance guidance to business stakeholders while supporting business objectives within the established compliance framework.
• Build strong collaborative relationships across Commercial functions including Sales, Marketing, Medical Affairs, HR, Finance, Training, and Supply Chain.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance compliance processes and governance standards.
• Monitor changes in the regulatory environment and recommend necessary policy updates.
