Job summary

Network18 Media & Investments Limited in Mumbai is seeking an HR payroll professional to manage PF/ESIC compliance and employee queries related to contributions, UAN activation, and withdrawals. The role involves data preparation for challans, filing returns, and monthly EPF/ECR uploads in a fast-paced environment.

You will register eligible employees under ESIC, support ESIC benefits, address grievances, and ensure accurate record maintenance, EPS/EPF revision handling, and timely statutory

Qualifications

• Graduate or postgraduate in HR.
• Experience with PF/ESIC compliance and data handling.
• Knowledge of ECR and statutory filing processes.
• Strong communication for addressing employee queries.

Responsibilities

• Prepare PF and ESIC data for challans to ensure compliance.
• Create ECR records.
• File PF/ESIC returns.
• Handle employee queries on PF contributions, UAN activation, and withdrawal procedures.
• File monthly PF returns and manage ECR uploads.
• Register employees under ESIC and ensure monthly compliance.
• Assist employees with ESIC benefits (medical, maternity, etc.).
• Redress EPF grievances and correct EPS/EPF records.
