Job summary

Randstad India is seeking a Compliance Leader to develop, implement, and maintain risk and regulatory compliance programs aligned with Indian laws, international best practices, and the company’s global framework.

You will monitor evolving regulations, assess impact, and drive updates to policies, procedures, and controls while overseeing local registrations, licenses, filings, and statutory obligations.
