Job summary

Kshema General Insurance in Hyderabad, India, is seeking a Compliance Professional to help ensure regulatory conformity across SEBI, IRDAI and related authorities. The role focuses on developing robust compliance policies, procedures, and controls to mitigate financial risks.

You will conduct regular audits, prepare clear compliance reports, file periodic returns with IRDAI and GIC, and collaborate with internal stakeholders to implement circulars and health/motor sector requirements.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in general insurance or related field.
• Strong understanding of regulatory compliance requirements in financial services (SEBI).
• Proven track record of developing and implementing effective compliance programs.
• Excellent reporting skills for clear compliance matter reports.
• Preferred domain expertise: Health and Motor Compliance.

Responsibilities

• Ensure regulatory compliance with SEBI, IRDAI and other authorities in financial services.
