You will maintain compliance trackers, coordinate with vendors for records, and support corrective actions to ensure regulatory adherence and policy alignment across locations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Law, Commerce, Business Administration, or related field.
• 2–5 years of experience in labour compliance, statutory compliance, or contractor compliance management.
• Working knowledge of labour laws and statutory compliance requirements applicable to contract workforce management.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and ensure compliance with applicable labour laws and statutory regulations across IFM sites.
• Verify and maintain statutory documents related to contractors, vendors, and manpower agencies.
• Coordinate with HR, operations, procurement, and legal teams on compliance-related matters.
• Maintain compliance trackers, MIS reports, and audit documentation.
• Escalate compliance risks and support corrective action implementation.
• Support internal and external audits by preparing required documentation and reports.
