The ideal candidate will bring 7+ years of core compensation experience, preferably from a Tier 1 campus, and a strong track record in BFSI-related compensation practices.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in core compensation.
• Experience in benefits management is preferred.
• MBA/PGDM with focus on HR or compensation is advantageous.

Responsibilities
