Confidential in Chennai (Navalur) is seeking a high-caliber Compensation & Benefits professional to join our HR team, working with senior leadership to shape compensation strategy, workforce analytics, rewards programs, and data-driven people decisions.

You will partner with business leaders and multiple functions to manage benchmarking, salary structures, budgeting, and annual cycles, while delivering dashboards and insights to drive business decisions.

Qualifications

• MBA/PGDM with HR or Finance specialization required.
• 512 years of experience in Compensation & Benefits Strategy, HR Analytics and Workforce Planning.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel, Google Sheets, and PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Drive compensation benchmarking, salary reviews, market intelligence.
• Manage compensation structures, salary fitment, budgeting, and annual compensation cycles.
• Develop HR analytics, dashboards, reports, and insights to support business decision-making.
