Paytm Payments Services in India seeks a seasoned Compensation & Benefits professional to drive external benchmarking, policy development, and annual budgeting for salary and benefits. You will partner with HRBP leaders to ensure competitive compensation structures across the organization.
The role requires hands-on analytics, expertise in India employment acts, and ownership of the Employee Stock Option plan, annual salary reviews, and incentive programs.

About the role: This role will be responsible for supporting the implementation of a broad range of
reward practices and compliance policies for the organization. This role is a key subject matter expert of
the Compensation and Benefits functions locally; the role provides local insights, consultation, and advice
to Human Resources Business Partners and senior business leaders as required. key responsibilities in

cycle).

Superpowers/ Skills that will help you succeed in this role:
Specialist with a minimum of 6 years of experience in Compensation & Benefits.
Specialized or cross-functional knowledge / relevant experience required by the position/role.
In-depth knowledge of concepts & principal of India compensation & benefits, employment acts,
and other companies’ compensation & benefits programs.
Education : Must be an MBA in Human Resource or any equivalent degree.
