Job summary

The role requires a graduate/postgraduate degree in HR/Finance/Analytics, strong Excel and data skills, and the ability to coordinate with regional and global teams on governance and reporting initiatives.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Develop HR reports, dashboards, and people analytics to support HR Advisors and business managers.


• Perform compensation analytics and support annual compensation year-end processes.


• Manage projects related to market data, repricing, salary grid reviews, and compensation planning.


• Coordinate with regional and global HR teams to ensure smooth project delivery.


• Support regulatory and governance activities, including Material Risk Taker identification and remuneration disclosures.


• Prepare regulatory reports, process documentation, and HR data insights.


• Develop and maintain People Analytics datasets using HR systems and other data sources.


• Handle monthly and ad-hoc HR reporting, identify process improvements, and streamline reporting requests.

Requisites

• Graduate/Postgraduate qualification in HR, Finance, Business Analytics, or a related field.


• Experience in HR analytics, compensation and benefits, reward management, or HR operations.


• Strong understanding of compensation processes, salary benchmarking, and remuneration reporting.


• Proficiency in MS Excel, data analysis, reporting, and dashboard creation.


• Knowledge of HR systems, People Analytics datasets, and data management.


• Understanding of regulatory reporting, governance, and remuneration disclosures is preferred.


• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills.


• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.


• Ability to collaborate with global stakeholders, manage multiple priorities, and meet deadlines.
