Job summary

Master Mind Consultancy in Mumbai is seeking an HR Analytics Specialist to develop HR reports, dashboards, and people analytics enabling HR Advisors and business managers to make data-driven decisions.

You will lead compensation analytics, support year-end processes, and drive projects on market data, salary grids, and remuneration planning while coordinating with regional and global HR teams for timely delivery.

Qualifications

• Graduate or postgraduate in HR, Finance, Business Analytics, or related field.
• Experience in HR analytics, compensation and benefits, reward management, or HR operations.
• Strong understanding of compensation processes, salary benchmarking, and remuneration reporting.
• Proficiency in MS Excel, data analysis, reporting, and dashboard creation.
• Knowledge of HR systems, People Analytics datasets, and data management.
• Understanding of regulatory reporting, governance, and remuneration disclosures is preferred.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to collaborate with global stakeholders, manage multiple priorities, and meet deadlines.
