Job summary

Chaileela, a fast-growing QSR brand serving handcrafted chai and real food, is seeking a Training and Development Specialist to train caf teams on SOPs, recipes, service, hygiene, POS and operational standards. You will conduct inductions, assessments and refresher trainings.

Based in India, you will ensure staff skill development, compliance and readiness for new store launches, while supporting festive bonus and free accommodation perks.

Qualifications

• Experience in training hospitality staff.
• Knowledge of SOPs and POS.
• Strong hygiene and safety awareness.
