Role Description

The Company Security Guard (Junior) role at Nexfore Consulting is a full-time, on-site position based in Navi Mumbai. The Security Guard conducts regular patrols, observes and reports any suspicious activity or safety hazards, and supports emergency response procedures under the guidance of senior security staff. The role also involves cooperating with internal teams and external agencies as needed to support a safe and secure work environment.

Qualifications

• Candidates should possess strong Interpersonal Skills and Customer Service abilities to interact professionally with employees, visitors, and vendors.
• Candidates should possess skills in Physical Security and Private Security, including access control, patrolling, and basic incident response.
• Candidates should possess understanding of Personnel Security practices, including identity verification and adherence to company security policies.
