Job summary

Acura Solutions is seeking a Compliance Specialist to monitor RBI/NHB regulations and implement compliance testing across functions. You will coordinate regulatory submissions, maintain trackers, and support regulatory inspections.

Qualifications

• CS with 2-8 years of post-qualification experience.
• Knowledge of RBI/NHB Directions applicable to HFCs/NBFCs.
• Working knowledge of compliance tool/software would be preferred.
• Good interpersonal and communication skills.
• Strong analytical and documentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Monitoring compliance with RBI/NHB regulations, circulars and applicable laws.
• Handling of regulatory submissions, returns and compliance processes.
• Assisting in implementation and monitoring of compliance testing framework.
• Mapping of regulations on Compliance tool and coordination with internal teams for compliance reporting.
• Support in automation/digitization initiatives relating to compliance monitoring and reporting.
• Preparation and maintenance of regulatory trackers and compliance calendars.
• Tracking and analysis of new guidelines issued by RBI/NHB.
• Coordination with internal teams and stakeholders for data, documentation and compliance monitoring.
• Assist in regulatory inspections/audits.
• Assisting in preparation of responses to regulatory inspections and supervisory observations.
• Maintenance of compliance repository and regulatory database.
• Coordination with external consultants, auditors and regulators on compliance-related matters.
• Maintaining records of regulatory correspondences, approvals and submissions.
• Review of operational processes to identify compliance gaps and risks.
• Assisting in implementation of regulatory changes across business functions.
