Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for a Company Lawyer at Lawshield Technologies Private Limited. The Company Lawyer will handle day-to-day legal tasks, including drafting, reviewing, and negotiating contracts, ensuring regulatory and legal compliance, providing legal advisory services, and managing legal documentation. The role will also involve collaborating with other departments to provide legal expertise on corporate matters and develop robust legal strategies to mitigate risks.
