Job summary

Techdome is a product engineering company offering hands-on corporate and commercial legal exposure. We are hiring a Legal Associate for 0–3 years of experience, with positions in Hyderabad or Indore and a full-time arrangement.

The role covers drafting and reviewing commercial contracts, supporting compliance under the Companies Act, maintaining contract registers, and preparing employment documents. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.

Qualifications

• LL.B. or integrated LL.B. degree from a recognised university.
• 0–3 years of experience; internships in corporate law are a strong plus.
• Sound understanding of the Companies Act 2013 and the Indian Contract Act 1872.
• Clear drafting and communication skills in English.
• Attention to detail, good organisation and an eagerness to learn.

Responsibilities

• Draft and review commercial contracts including NDAs and vendor agreements.
• Support corporate compliance under the Companies Act, including board resolutions, minutes, statutory registers and ROC filings.
• Maintain a contract register and track renewals, deadlines and compliance dates.
• Prepare and review employment documents such as offer letters, appointment letters and HR policies.
• Assist with due diligence, legal research and documentation for business transactions.
• Coordinate with external counsel and company secretaries on legal and compliance matters.

The Role

We are looking for a Legal Associate to support our corporate and commercial legal work. This is a hands-on role for a fresh graduate or early-career lawyer who wants broad exposure to corporate law in a fast-growing technology company.

What You'll Do
