Job summary

Amba Shakti Foundation is hiring a Community Mobilizer for Skill Development Programme. This field-based consultant role requires regular village visits, counselling residents and coordinating with local stakeholders to connect people with training opportunities.

You will identify eligible candidates, conduct awareness meetings, support enrollment and documentation, and maintain field reports. Willingness to travel and own two-wheeler are required.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of experience in community mobilisation, skill development, livelihoods or rural development.
• Strong communicators who can build relationships within local communities.
• Familiarity with Sikandrabad, Bulandshahr and nearby villages preferred.
