Womennovator, India’s leading platform for women entrepreneurs and changemakers, is looking for an experienced and enthusiastic Community Manager to lead our leader engagement strategy, forge meaningful partnerships, and drive flagship programs.

Requirements

Key Responsibilities: Leader Discovery, Onboarding & Social Capital Building Identify, connect, and onboard women leaders from across industries into the Womennovator ecosystem Represent Womennovator at women-focused events, conferences, and forums to discover and engage new talent Facilitate connections and opportunities to help leaders build their social capital, visibility, and influence Nurture lasting relationships and provide value to existing and new members Partnerships & Outreach Forge strategic partnerships with associations, women-centric organizations, chambers of commerce, etc., to co-host events and discover grassroots leaders Collaborate with colleges, universities, and youth institutions to identify and onboard young Academic Ambassadors Manage the onboarding and engagement of student leaders in a structured 60-hour leadership and community-building program Program & Event Strategy Strategize and manage events under the 10K Fellowship Program, including: Annual Celebration Awards We Pitch funding and visibility sessions Networking mixers, leadership circles, and roundtables Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to deliver powerful, high-impact events Ensure flawless execution and measurable outcomes from each initiative Collaborations, Sponsorships & Fundraising Lead initiatives to identify sponsorship opportunities and build pitch decks Liaise with current and potential sponsors to fund events, fellowships, and campaigns Collaborate with partner organizations to co-create meaningful impact initiatives
