About the Team
When 49.5% of Indians are women and we have taken to upscale them, it’s important to build resilient systems to manage billions of their needs every day. We’ve done this – with zero downtime!
We value speed over perfection and see failures as opportunities to become better. We’ve taken steps to inculcate a strong ‘Founder’s Mindset’ across our engineering teams, making us grow and move fast. We want Womennovator to be at every woman’s, leader’s and community enabler’s fingertips – and YOU can make that happen.
About Womennovator
Womennovator is the globally fastest growing community platform for women. We started in 2015 with the idea of helping women become independent through community and incubation, and to be ready to sell online. Today, we are among the top 7 incubators for women and have helped over 200 women entrepreneurs launch businesses with zero investment. We democratise opportunities for women to create and solve their biggest challenges of market accessibility at a click. Our mission is to democratise community enablement and support systems for every woman 24×7, and our purpose is to enable every woman to contribute to the real GDP growth of the country.
