Job summary

Sunstone Education in Chennai seeks a skilled trainer to design and deliver comprehensive training programs. You will craft original content, conduct seminars, workshops, and one-to-one coaching sessions, and guide students through GD/PI simulations.

The role requires strong English communication, expertise in presentation delivery, and the ability to run engaging sessions in a hybrid model while maintaining LMS records and progress reports.

Qualifications

• Experience planning and delivering GD/PI trainings.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills required.
• Proficiency in Excel and creating impactful presentations.

Responsibilities

• Plan and implement an effective training curriculum.
• Develop original content.
• Deliver seminars, workshops, individual trainingsessions, and lectures.
• Counsel students.
• Deliver EngagingTraining sessions in a Hybrid model.
• Prepare students for the placement process (adept at GD/PI training).
• Managing LMS, organizing internal reports.
• Developing TNA.
