Job summary

24 7 ai is seeking a training specialist to deliver language and process training, design lesson plans, and collaborate with stakeholders to align outcomes. You will use effective instructional methods to ensure rapid skill acquisition and assess trainee progress through coursework.

Responsibilities include documenting evaluations, adapting materials for different learning styles, conducting Training Needs Analysis, and coaching on the floor to meet targets.

Qualifications

• Experience in delivering language and process training.
• Ability to design lesson plans aligned to curriculum.
• Strong collaboration with stakeholders to align outcomes.
• Proficient in assessing trainee progress and documenting evaluations.
• Adapt materials for different learning styles and update docs regularly.
• Experience conducting Training Needs Analysis and addressing gaps.
• On-the-floor coaching to monitor performance and meet targets.
• Support scalable hiring and skill development initiatives.
• Comfort with rotational/night shifts.
