Key Responsibilities

1. Customer Communication & Engagement

• Handle inbound and outbound communication with prospective customers.
• Explain relevant programmes, services, and offerings professionally.
• Follow up with enquiries through phone calls and WhatsApp.
• Build positive relationships with prospective customers.
• Schedule appointments and coordinate meetings.

2. Lead Management & CRM

• Update and maintain customer information in CRM software.
• Track enquiries, follow-ups, appointments, and conversions.
• Maintain accurate records of communication activities.
• Ensure timely follow-ups with potential customers.
• Prepare daily and weekly lead status reports.
• Training will be provided

3. Business Operations Support

• Assist the management team with day-to-day activities.
• Maintain operational trackers, reports, and spreadsheets.
• Coordinate with clients, vendors, and internal team members.
• Support scheduling, documentation, and administrative activities.
• Help organise business development and marketing-related tasks.

4. Business Growth & Coordination

• Support customer acquisition and engagement activities.
• Assist with marketing campaigns and communication initiatives.
• Identify opportunities to improve customer interactions.
• Work with the team to achieve agreed business objectives.
