Job summary

Actioneer is seeking an experienced Communication Designer to own how we present our product and brand across decks, web pages, and event collateral. You’ll move from brief to final production with strong ownership in a fast-paced, hybrid environment.

You’ll blend visuals and copy for a B2B SaaS audience, turn complex ideas into clear visuals, and build AI design workflows that enable the team to contribute rapidly.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in communication, brand, or marketing design, ideally at a B2B SaaS company.
• Diverse portfolio that shows both strong visuals and clear thinking
• Bias for action: you can ship a good v1 quickly and refine it from there
• Ability to turn technical or abstract ideas into visuals that buyers understand right away

About Us

At Actioneer, we’re building a voice-first customer engagement platform to help enterprises provide intuitive, consumer-grade experiences for their customers. Our suite is designed for cheaply querying enterprise data, detecting bots, and resolving customer queries. We work best in customer journeys where theres multiple parties, and complex documents (think insurance purchase, auto-lending, RFIs etc.)

About The Role

We’re hiring an experienced Communication Designer to join our team. You’ll own how we show up visually, from concept to production. Your work will center around marketing: decks, web pages, and event marketing collateral that explains AI agents applied to enterprise use cases clearly. You’ll work independently, have high ownership, access to the latest AI tooling and move quickly from a brief to a finished piece. We see this role as a hybrid of product marketing and design.
