Job summary

Actioneer is seeking an experienced Communication Designer to shape how we present our products and stories. You’ll own branding and marketing visuals from concept to production, crafting decks, web assets, and event collateral that translate complex AI enterprise use cases into clear visuals.

You’ll work independently with ownership, leveraging the latest AI tools, and move quickly from briefs to polished assets, blending product marketing and design to support growth.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in communication, brand, or marketing design.
• Diverse portfolio showing strong visuals and clear thinking.
• Bias for action: ship a good v1 quickly and refine it.
• Ability to translate technical or abstract ideas into visuals buyers understand.

At Actioneer, we're building a voice-first customer engagement platform to help enterprises provide intuitive, consumer-grade experiences for their customers. Our suite is designed for cheaply querying enterprise data, detecting bots, and resolving customer queries. We work best in customer journeys where there's multiple parties, and complex documents (think insurance purchase, auto-lending, RFIs etc.).

About The Role

We're hiring an experienced Communication Designer to join our team. You'll own how we show up visually, from concept to production. Your work will center around marketing: decks, web pages, and event marketing collateral that explains AI agents applied to enterprise use cases clearly. You'll work independently, have high ownership, access to the latest AI tooling and move quickly from a brief to a finished piece. We see this role as a hybrid of product marketing and design.

What You'll Own

Key Qualifications

• 3+ years in communication, brand, or marketing design, ideally at a B2B SaaS company
• Diverse portfolio that shows both strong visuals and clear thinking
• Bias for action: you can ship a good v1 quickly and refine it from there
• Ability to turn technical or abstract ideas into visuals that buyers understand right away
