Authentic Staffing Agency in India is looking for a Site Engineering Lead to manage a team of Supervisors and Testing Engineers. You will coordinate activities at site, between engineers, technicians, project management, and the Client, ensuring alignment with project goals.

The role requires leading testing and commissioning (T&C) activities for your area, with expertise in HV/LV Schneider equipment, LV switchgear testing, and relay testing, plus interaction with SCADA/BMS for troubleshooting.

Qualifications

• Manage a team of Supervisors and Testing Engineers.
• Coordinate site activities with engineers, technicians, project management team and client.
• Lead T&C activities for area of responsibility.
• Knowledge of HV/LV Schneider equipment.
• Testing LV Equipment: ACB, MCCB, Micrologic unit, IFE IFM modules.
• Troubleshoot interfacing with SCADA/BMS.
• Check in IED scout and 3rd party software.
• Work plan weekly scheduling.
• Coordinate with Engineers, Project Management Team, Client and 3rd-Party Inspection agencies.
• Test reports verification.
• Knowledge of Electrical Distribution Systems and standards.
• Technical Clarification with Client and Third-Party inspection agencies on punch points.
• Attending customer meetings, Co-ordination.
• Follow up and reporting on daily activities.
• Coordinate with Vendors on Site Technical requirement.
