RayTech Industrial Pvt. Ltd. is expanding its team and seeking a Commissioning Engineer Industrial Automation to work on machine automation, PLCs, drives, and customer-site commissioning.

The role involves Siemens S7-1200/S7-1500 PLCs, SINAMICS G120/S120 drives, and TIA Portal, with extensive travel across India and potential involvement in diverse process industries.

Qualifications

• Hands-on Siemens S7 PLCs & HMI systems knowledge.
• Knowledge of PROFIBNET/PROFIBUS networks and wiring diagrams.
• Familiarity with SINAMICS drives and motion control.
• Experience reading electrical/control schematics is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Commissioning and troubleshooting Siemens PLC & HMI systems at customer sites.
• Programming and commissioning Siemens S7-1200/S7-1500 PLCs.
• Commissioning SINAMICS G120/S120 drives and motion control.
• Site commissioning and customer-site support during trials and startup.
• Troubleshooting, fault analysis, and drive tuning.
• Coordinate with customers to resolve technical issues.

RayTech Industrial Pvt. Ltd. is expanding its team! We are looking for a Commissioning Engineer Industrial Automation who is passionate about industrial automation, machine commissioning, PLCs, drives, and solving challenging problems at customer sites.

Key Responsibilities

• Commissioning and troubleshooting of Siemens PLC & HMI systems
• Programming and commissioning of Siemens S7-1200 / S7-1500 PLCs
• Commissioning and troubleshooting of SINAMICS G120 / S120 drives
• Machine automation integration and site commissioning
• Drive tuning, optimization, and fault analysis
• Testing, troubleshooting, and commissioning of industrial machines
• On-site support during machine trials and production startup
• Customer coordination and technical problem-solving

Skills Required

• Hands-on experience with Siemens S7-1200 / S7-1500 PLC
• Good knowledge of TIA Portal
• Knowledge of SINAMICS G120 / S120 drives
• Understanding of industrial communication: PROFINET / PROFIBUS
• Basic knowledge of HMI / SCADA systems
• Good troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
• Ability to read electrical/control schematics
• Willingness to travel extensively to customer sites
• Experience in Steel, Paper, Rolling Mill, Plastic Film, or other process industries will be an advantage

Experience

15 years of relevant experience in industrial automation / commissioning.

Freshers with strong practical knowledge and a passion for automation may also be considered.
