Job summary

Tetra Pak in India seeks a Commissioning Engineer based in Chakan, Pune, to provide technical service to Market Companies and end customers. The role is permanent and may involve up to 120 travel days per year, testing and start-up of branded processing units and complete process lines.

You will work on commissioning, startup, and troubleshooting at customer sites worldwide, with opportunities to grow in core food processing technologies.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of experience in commissioning and providing technical services to customers globally.
• Fluency in English, both written and spoken.
• Driving license is required.

Responsibilities

• Delivery tests to be performed in engineering workshops.
• Technical training and support to Market Companies.
• Occasionally work with orders, internal sales support, and audits at customer sites.

The work is project based and will give you the opportunity to work with the latest technologies. Your main task will be to test, start-up and fine-tune our solutions, both our branded processing units and complete process lines, at our production site and at end-customer’s factories all over the world. What you will do

• Commissioning, start-up and troubleshooting of branded processing units and process lines at our customer’s sites.
• Delivery tests to be performed in our engineering workshops.
• Technical training and support to Tetra Pak´s Market Companies.
• Occasionally work with orders, internal sales support, Commissioning Support, customer claims, product nursing and product development, support, and audits at customer sites.
• As a Commission Engineer, you will also share your knowledge with colleagues both within the team and from Market Company in both technical matters and behavior.

We believe you have

• 3-5 years of experience in commissioning and providing technical services to customers globally.
• Technical education and are knowledgeable within Automation, Mechanical engineering and hands-on work experience are beneficial, since you will handle a wide range of work tasks in this position.
• Fluency in English, both written and spoken.
• Driving license is require
